Tai Zu Quan is an intermediate level routine of the Eagleclaw family.  The whole routine is poised, characterized by the flow of “Tai Zu Changang Quan”and the deft skills of the Eagleclaw. The hand skills mimic the eagle’s prey on a rabbit, while the turnings of the body enable toppling of the enemy. Together with the comprehensive kicking techniques, it serves as an all-rounded routine in the Eagleclaw family.
